Payments, invoices, changing plan and refunds

Payments are handled by Paddle, which emails the invoice. Plans don't renew automatically. If a payment doesn't show up, check it again after a minute.

ExamQR payments go through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment (card, PayPal and other methods), adds any tax for your country at checkout and emails you the invoice.

Paid, but the plan or credits did not change

  1. Wait about a minute. After “Payment not confirmed yet. It is still checked automatically; this can take about a minute.” the payment is still checked automatically.
  2. Click Check payment on the order page, or reload Billing.
  3. Look for the receipt from Paddle in your email (also in spam). If you received it but nothing changed, report the problem with the Paddle order number.
  4. If the payment window was closed before paying, click Pay now to continue.

Invoices

  • Paddle emails the invoice after payment. You can also find it under Billing, Invoices, or with Download invoice on the order page.
  • For a correction to an invoice already issued, write to us with the order number.

Changing or cancelling a plan

  • Plans don't renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: when the period ends, the account returns to the free limits and your data stays.
  • Use Upgrade for a higher plan, or Extend service to add months to the current one.
  • Offline ExamQR Exam licenses: the license key is emailed after payment. See ExamQR Exam license won't activate, or the .lic file won't import.

Refunds

The conditions are in the Refund Policy: for example, a plan within 14 days if no candidate has taken an exam under it, and a credit pack within 14 days if none of its credits were used. To ask, write from your ExamQR account email with the purchase date or Paddle order number, or reply to the Paddle receipt.
