First row: column names. One person per row, up to 50.

Free certificates carry a small "Made with ExamQR" line and no QR code. Sign in for your own designs, more than 50 at a time and, on paid plans, certificates anyone can verify.

How it works

  1. Choose one of the ready-made designs.

  2. Upload your list as Excel or CSV, one row per person, or start from the sample file.

  3. Check that each field takes the right column. Type a text that is the same for everyone, such as the course name.

  4. Print whole certificates, print only the values onto pre-printed paper, or download a PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Is the certificate maker free?
Yes, with no account. You can make up to 50 certificates at a time. Each carries a small "Made with ExamQR" line.
What file can I use?
An Excel file (.xlsx or .xls) or a CSV file. Put the column names in the first row and one person per row. The sample file shows the usual columns.
Can I print on pre-printed certificate paper?
Yes. "Print values only" prints just the names and details, without the design, so they land on your own certificate paper. Try one sheet first to check the alignment.
Is my list stored?
No. The file is read to make the certificates and is not saved. The list stays in your browser and is gone when you close the page.
Can people check these certificates?
Not these: free certificates have no QR code. With an ExamQR account on the Personal plan or higher, each certificate gets a QR code that opens a verification page anyone can check.
Can I use my own design?
Yes, with a free ExamQR account: design templates with your logo, signature and wording, or place the fields on a scan of your own certificate paper, then print from Excel the same way.
